At A Candle Lady, we ship orders to Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania with Econt and Speedy, as well as to the entire EU and the UK with DHL.
The average delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days , depending on the destination and the product, but it depends on the quantity of orders we have. Please remember that no less than 24 hours of work are put into each candle .
There may be delays from the courier or customs which are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs requirements if necessary.

Do the candles smell?
Yes! Each candle in our sets has a different, distinct and long-lasting scent . Our scents are inspired by nature – fruits, herbs, spices and flowers. The aromas are strong enough to be felt even without lighting the candle .
How long does delivery take?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns . Each candle is handmade and individually made, which guarantees the highest quality. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I light the decorative candles?
Yes! The candles are fully functional, but many of our customers also use them for decoration because they look like little sculptures. If you decide to light them, please do so on a stable, fireproof surface , away from children and pets.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Each product comes in an elegant and carefully prepared packaging , which is perfectly suitable for gifting. If you would like a special message, we can include it at your request.
Can I place an order with my own design?
Yes, we offer the possibility of individual orders according to your design! Whether you want a specific shape, color, scent or an entire concept for an event – we will be happy to discuss your idea.
